The public health care is one of the great challenges of our times. In our country we have always focused on health care professionals and their needs.

But we need to reverse this system and to shift the focus on the citizens needs  who become “future patients".

Furthermore, the choice of an universal system that provides equal services for all, now comes up against a difficulty recognized in all countries; in this case it is important to rethink  to the mechanisms of health care access and its economic sustainability as part of the community.

These measures are necessary now, before the system collapses and we must provide strong choices.

So, I offer some opinions which may provide a starting point in an open space, like the web, as the right tool opened to comments and dialogues.

Here, health professionals and citizens can freely express their opinions.
